Most members who cancel just need a break. You have two options that keep your membership and your retail discount, and a third if you're sure.

Any change or cancellation must be in by 11:59pm on the 20th of the month to take effect before the next draft on the 1st.

Freeze it

Pause your membership for up to four months a year. No billing while frozen, and your level and pricing are waiting when you come back.

Move to a lower level

Drop to Level 2 at $45 a month and keep tanning, keep your 15% retail discount, and skip the three-month restart later.

Cancel

Fill out the form below. You'll get an email confirmation to keep. Billing and services end on the last day of the following month.

Cancellations must be in writing. Submit by 11:59pm MST on the 20th to avoid the draft on the 1st of next month. A form received after the 20th takes effect the month after: cancel on February 21st, for example, and March is still drafted, with billing and services ending March 31st.

If billing continues after you cancel, let us know within 90 days with a copy of your confirmation email and we'll sort it out.
